Mains Water Cooler Servicing

It is essential to have regular water cooler maintenance for servicing, repairs and filter replacements. If water cooler maintenance isn't carried out, there will be a drop in water quality and it may even become undrinkable.

All of our water coolers come delivered and installed throughout mainland UK - free of charge!

With rental it's all included

Our water rental packages include a comprehensive service package so you won't have to worry about servicing or your water cooler breaking down.

We will service your cooler twice yearly for the length of your contract - changing the filters and ensuring that it remains in perfect working order.

When you rent a water cooler from us, we cover all breakdowns, covering all parts and labour. We will provide a replacement unit if the machine is unrepairable.

Prefer to buy outright? Get a maintenance plan

Should you prefer to buy your water machine out right, we can still provide you support with an annual maintenance plan. We provide the same high standard of service, but will not be able to provide a replacement unit if it's unrepairable.

You still get bi-annual servicing, including filter changes and general maintenance. Plus full breakdown cover should your cooler stop working.
